Product Name: Food Grade Sodium Metabisulfite/sodium pyrosulfite SO2 65%
Application: Used as a food preservative. It is a slight hazy solution free from inappropriate impurities. These sulphites are available in white and faint cream crystalline free flowing powder and are widely used in photographic chemical and preservative chemical.Used in medicine when producing chloroform,solasulfone and methnylal;used as coagulant in rubber industry; used as dechlorided agent or assistants in printing and dyeing industry; used to improve leather properties in leather industry; used as developing agent in photosensitivity industry; used when producing hydroxyl geranial, hydrochloric hydroxylamine in chemical industry; used as bleaching agent, antiseptics, antioxidant, ect.in food industry.
Sodium metabisulphite white or yellow crystalline powder or small crystallization, with strong smell, a proportion of SO2 1.4, soluble in water, become acidic aqueous solution, and acid contact is released SO2 generated corresponding salts, long for air, is oxidized to Na2S2O6, reason this product not far. Usage:

Sodium Metabisulfite (SMBS ) will be packed in N.W25kg plastic woven bag within PE liner or Kraft paper bag within PE liner,or 500kg/1000kg/1100kg/1200kg jumbo bag.

Storage:
Sodium Metabisulfite (SMBS ) should be stored in cool and dry place, avoid moisture and heat. No breakage, No mixed with oxidant and toxic matter. The storage period is 6 month since the production date. It should be transported by clean car, with covering matter, avoid raining.
